Dale Riley
My visit today to the Geraci Law firm totally put my mind at ease. Mr. Dale explained everything to me (in layman's terms) and answered all my questions (no matter how trivial). He was kind, professional, forthright with all his advice and a pleasure to talk to. I look forward to working with him ...

I had way over $10,000 in credit card debt and owned a townhouse as well as my house and car. I went in for consultation at the Geracis office and they took time with me and went over what my options were to keep my two houses and car. Bad Experience
I went with them based on great reviews on how they are willing to help, they will work with you, and that your bankruptcy would be a breeze. Needless to say I was swindled into a Chapter 13 instead of a Chapter 7. I made several payments on my Chapter 13 and after seeking out other attorneys they st...
This review is FALSE. We always give both options, in writing: it is up to the debtor to decide what to do. After deciding to file a Chapter 13 with a very low payment, only 200 a month, she decided she wanted to go buy a car on credit! Instead of asking us to get the Court to approve a new car loan, she wanted to convert to Chapter 7. In fact, she is still in her Chapter 13 with another attorney who filed an objection to dismissing it for her, after she asked us to dismiss it. So her comments are just nasty and FALSE. Here is what the person who referred her had to say when Bridget Spears of Geraci Law asked him why would make a nasty anonymous comment: Good afternoon Mrs. Spears, I truly do apologize for the referral I sent your way. After speaking with you I felt bad because I know the positive impact you have made in my life and the other referrals I have sent your way. I speak with nothing short of high regard for your level of professionalism, quality of service and law you have given me. When I first came to Geraci Law LLC, my life was fracture in so many pieces; but you and John Sadler not only helped me but helped me see that I had a positive chance to turn my financial life around and over time you have been readily available to answer my questions. I have never had any regrets after I sat down with you. I have looked forward with the utmost positive view and with your continued support. I continue to step closer toward having a positive financial life. Your words of encouragement has always stayed with me” My financial future is what I chose for it to be, I can get it together and keep it together or I can repeat this unhealthy phase in my life”. You are a true blessing and a great attorney; your legal advice and knowledge have never steered me wrong. Again please accept my humble apologies for this one referral and remarks toward your professionalism and character. Please feel free to share this email with Mr. Peter Geraci and note that I am readily available to give a true testimony to the service you have and continue to provide to me. Please don’t let the untrue words of one weigh on you.
