I didn't think that 36 months would come and go by so fast!! I am super happy that I can start anew with my Chapter 13 finally being over. It was a long road with many obstacles. I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you. I had no idea how to continue working and paying my credit card debt, mortgage, taxes, condo assessment and day to day experience. There was more going out then in at this point. I was depressed and a shamed of myself. My income was above average $...80.000.00. I did keep a dime each month. I decided to file bankruptcy. I reviewed Geraci's tapes on bankruptcy that appeared to suit me and without searching any further decided this was my firm. With my head hanging low I walked in to his Oak Park office on North Ave and Harlem. My Bankruptcy Chapter 13 started that day. Attorney,Shera Bucchianner prepared my qualification documents for Chapter 13. Informed all my creditors of the Automatic stay ASAP. Thanks to Geraci's tapes I had all the documents handy for her determination allowing me Chapter 13. For the first time in years I could breath and see I would be alright living on my retirement income. I thank Attorney, Nathan Curtis for appearing with me at my creditors meeting. I completed my payments this month. I plan to continue saving the payment to create a six month extra income. I hope never to use credit again. Thank you I

I would like to say that my lawyer was great. The only issue that I had was with the trustee, after paying my chapter 13 was paid in full I received a notification that he filed a motion to dismiss my case for no payments being received, so I was furious then I had to wait to have the motion dismisse...d, so no sooner than that gets dismissed mistake number two people got paid that were not then we had to wait for the money to be returned which was another waiting process and frustration. So here are this week with me calling and sending a email to check status when this was supposed to be a stress free process ,it had me wondering what was going on , every time I would email Charles F he was very patient answering my emails even when I was venting, then I received a email to complete the form to submit for a discharge then the check for over payment of $ 6.00 this week, then today as a surprise I received my discharge by email.
