Bankrupcy

I had way over $10,000 in credit card debt and owned a townhouse as well as my house and car. I went in for consultation at the Geracis office and they took time with me and went over what my options were to keep my two houses and car. I love the fact that they are a phone call away to answer any o...f my questions. I also email and get a fast response. I filed Chapter 13 and paying everyone back 100 percent and could not breath better. I have been assigned attorney Dale A. Riley. Dale A. Riley is an expert in his field, with my complicated situation he has been answering all my questions and taking care of many issues I had. I feel so secure I have Dale at my side. I wouldnt ever think of using anyone else. Kudos to Dale A. Riley!! Cindy

Relief

Filing for bankruptcy was a difficult decision but Geraci Law made it feel like it was okay and helped make it easy and smooth. Best decision I made to come to them. I am now debt free and my credit is on it's way to become restored. Thank you Peter Geraci and your wonderful team of lawyers.

The best

Geraci Law Firm is the best. I highly recommend them if you are interested in filing Chaper 7 or Chaper 13 bankruptcy. Staff is very friendly and professional and they offer a very warm and welcoming environment.

Excellent experience. Would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone who needs an attorney. I did not know what to do or what to expect when I needed to file for bankruptcy. At my first consultation, the attorney explained the process to me and answered all my questions.
