When l came in to the firm of Mr,Peter Francis Geracis office,l sat down with one of the senior attorneys and as we spoke on my reason per my visit.the attorney explain with all his expertise on my best options to work my case he took his time to to allow for me to make the right decision on what opt...ions to make..as l did .the attorney took it from there ,he direct me on my future outcome of my case..since then the firm of Mr Peter Geracis office has took care of my personal debts and everything was done with professional and dedicated team work..l do think that anyone that is interested in getting advice on there personal debts and are looking for a debt free start..l strongly recommend first to come in and ask for an open appointment to see Mr Peter Geracis office..

I was very pleased with the staff in the Tinley Park office. My first phone call was to schedule an appointment and I was given an appointment time the next day. The knowledge of the staff sets your mind at ease. The process was less difficult for me because their guidance was more than I hoped for a...nd they made a difficult life experience more bearable. Their communication with the client is excellent. I would highly recommend this office if you are in need of filing bankruptcy or have questions regarding your situation.

I went with them based on great reviews on how they are willing to help, they will work with you, and that your bankruptcy would be a breeze. Needless to say I was swindled into a Chapter 13 instead of a Chapter 7. I made several payments on my Chapter 13 and after seeking out other attorneys they st...ated I should have been informed to file a Chapter 7. I called and asked how much would it be to convert, they told me I needed to pay the Chapter 7 fee of $1700 dollars after I had already paid for the Chapter 13 and made payments. I consulted an attorney who would do the conversion for a fraction of the price. Only for me to get a call from Geraci (Bridgett) who wanted to know who my new attorney was and how much they charge me? Basically trying to get me to go back through them and said "when can charge you $700, but you would need to pay us something on the backend" how unprofessional is that. I wish I would have never went with them. I just cant wait for this to be over. In my opinion they only care about the money.
