I was in Chapter 13 bankruptcy for a little over 5 years and Geraci Law gave me the peace of mind I needed to get through those turbulent years. We need a car, we are on a chapter 13 and are 75% done with it. I upload of paystubs, letter if explanation, and budget, the car place is working in a contract to send over. I emailed and asked if the attorneys received everything and get no response. If i need to send other info i would like to kno...w. also, i am upset the what i see on the NDC site i just just out is not what i owe, i owe more. I would like a print out with the totals and a balance that i owe, and i dont seem to be able to get that.
