I never thought that I would be the guy who filed bankruptcy. Since my teens I've always paid my bills on time. I've had two homes built new construction and a nice nest egg but away for a rainy day. As a 1099 contractor life was good, that was until I got injured and I was unable to return to work f...or more than a year. So of course, it was a dark time in my life. Back in 2009 I had to make the decision to file bankruptcy. I tried with another lawyer, boy what a mistake. Months had passed. Thousands of dollars spent. And no results. Had to bite the bullet and go with a big law firm. So I hired who says they're the ...best. Peter Francis and Geraci. Once I had them the process became a lot less painful. It actually seemed as though I was less an evolved than I was with my previous lawyer.
