As you know, bankruptcy is a tough decision to make. In 2016, I found myself drowning in debt because of some expenses accrued when my mother suddenly had to have a partial foot amputation. To help her while she was not working, I did everything I could to help with her expenses at home as well as my... own. Unfortunately, financially it became too much to handle, so I made the decision to file bankruptcy. I was very nervous when I made the decision to go through with the filing. Not to mention, I was grieving. Which I did not mentioned to the lawyer. The entire process was fairly calm because of the way everything was explained to me so plainly. During my first visit, basically all my information were... uploaded in the application process, and just a few more documents were required for my follow-up visit. Once my court date came up, I was fully prepared and educated on all that was to take place during the hearing with the trustee. I had the pleasure of working with attorney Dale Riley.
