Chapter 7

Attorney Adam E. Suchy, a member of the team with Peter Francis Geraci was very helpful with explaining why I needed to do Chapter 7 as opposed to a Chapter 13. He answered all of my questions and explained each step of the bankruptcy. I felt I could call if I had additional questions or concerns (...which I did a few times), and I was treated courteously and my questions or concerns were answered.

Great Lawyer

Step by step, my lawyer helped me tremendously. He explained everything in detail. Was not sure about certain things but he explained everything. He made it a smooth process, was not sure about filing but he explained it would be best. Can say enough kind words about our lawyer. He was awesome
