I was in Chapter 13 bankruptcy for a little over 5 years and Geraci Law gave me the peace of mind I needed to get through those turbulent years. They were always there to address any questions or concerns I had. I did not have to worry about all of the legal aspects of having to deal with our mortgag...e company while in bankruptcy, since Geraci Law represented us the entire time. We need a car, we are on a chapter 13 and are 75% done with it. I upload of paystubs, letter if explanation, and budget, the car place is working in a contract to send over. I emailed and asked if the attorneys received everything and get no response. If i need to send other info i would like to kno...w. also, i am upset the what i see on the NDC site i just just out is not what i owe, i owe more. I would like a print out with the totals and a balance that i owe, and i dont seem to be able to get that.

Geraci's firm handled a Ch13 form e in 2009. Years later, long after the case was over, I needed copies of the petition and discharge. I couldn't find them. One call to a Geraci office had pdf copies in my email within 10 minutes for me to use for the purposes needed.
