That is the key to me to go through this bankruptcy process. from the first meeting in which we went over my credit report and my debtors. To the relief of knowing how my attorney was going to arrange and help me pay these debtors back. To having the monthly payments be taken out of my paycheck th...rough a discreet garnishment wage deduction. All this took the stress of me and feel peace of mind knowing I was paying back my debtors. The process with the Trustee and the court was professionally handled by my attorney with myself present. All of my questions were answered as we started the process. Further during the whole process i learned that i will not be putting myself in the same position that got me into this spot in the first place. Credit cards and that type of credit is not right for me and I have no need for them. This was a great overall learning experience.
