Attorneys were reactive instead of proactive. I had to ask them "was I finished with payments" when access to the BK website said I was. I had to ask for account reconciliations within the Bk that were sent to them and never forwarded to me. They gave no advance notice of what to expect, except whe...n originally filing the Bk more than 3 yrs ago and that was concerning their fees and classes. As you get closer to the end of your Bk you become less important to them.

All of the lawyers there at Peter Francis Geraci in the Tinley Park location were all great from the time me and my husband scheduled an appointment all the way to the end of our chapter 13 discharge. Any question we had they were always there with an answer and willing to help. We did what was requi...red...informing them of any changes so everyone was on the same page...made everything much smoother. Never had a negative experience with any of the lawyers or staff...again always willing to help!!! Would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a fresh start!!!
