I just called the 1-888 number for Peter Francis Geraci. I am feeling tender about having to file bankruptcy; have gone and received counsel from the Pro Se office in the Dirkson Building and decided I may want to hire Peter. I just called, introduced myself; explained my journey of Pro Se to Profe...ssional and sought to understand process and cost. And the first response from the male operator was "well we don't do business with people who ask questions about cost and shop the cheapest lawyers." I was shocked and told him "please don't disrespect me and be dismissive" to which he replied arrogantly again and then hung up on me. I wonder if Peter knows he has an employee that speaks to people that way. I wonder if Peter himself does know and he too is crass anand disrespectful to potential clients.

The attorneys at PFG where very thorough and professional. From the moment I walked in their office I felt like they were really there to help me... I was walked thru the entire process, was told what to expect and how everything worked.... process, fees etc.... I visit another well known bankruptcy ...consultant place and must walking in I was impressed but then after my number called They made me feel like I was just a Number.... with PFG I felt like a client who they knew personally and it showed in all their efforts.... their communication was always on point, very quick responses to all my questions via portal (even via portal it felt personal)...ex. in the middle of my bk my vehicle was totaled and had to go thru courts to get financing approval they handle that from beginning to end and very fast might I add.
