I thought I was stuck between a rock and a hard place. I have a Chapter 13 case and I thought it was impossible to obtain credit to purchase a vehicle. In a chapter 13 bankruptcy case that I filed on January 10 2014. I was supposed to pay 40 200$ plass aterney fee and court cost. That is 8000$ called base plan. After a few month trustees added 800$ to base plane and juge approved it. I objected to my lawyer and they could not do anything. After ...one year trustees asked and got my tax return to be added to base plan amount of 3146$. So the base plan we stated with was 8000$ increased to 11946$. Beavare of what this firm promises you on your bankcrupcy case. Now I objected strongly to my lawyer and law firm. After going back and forward several time(waste of my time . They mainly said you are winner even if you paid 3946.00$ more than we perfected. I will file a motion to go and talke to the juge about this law firms conduct.

Attorney Adam E. Suchy, a member of the team with Peter Francis Geraci was very helpful with explaining why I needed to do Chapter 7 as opposed to a Chapter 13. He answered all of my questions and explained each step of the bankruptcy. I felt I could call if I had additional questions or concerns (...which I did a few times), and I was treated courteously and my questions or concerns were answered.
