Filing bankruptcy never even entered our mind when we started realizing that we could no longer keep up on our bills. It was a decision we were not proud of, but ran out of any other option. We narrowed the list of law firms down to a handful, then based our pick on all of the reviews we found. Gerac...i law firm was the only one who had such a high rating with the BBB, and almost nothing but great reviews from people like me. Now we know why. When we walked in for our free one hour consultation, we were embarrassed to say the least. This kind of thing only happens to other people, not us. They fully went over all of our options, and explained that chapter 7 was our only way to go, considering our current circumstances. I found the attorneys at the Berwyn location to be especially friendly and helpful. Creditors threatened to take my home but Attorneys Frank Hernandez and David Lugardo calmed me down and reassured me. They protected my home and got the creditors off my back. Steve was also very helpful in calming... my worries. I would recommend anybody who is being harassed by creditors to see Frank and David.
