Very satisfied

I was very satisfied with attorney John S. Eliasik's representation for my personal injury case, he always provided excellent legal services. He was always very helpful and responsive to all my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend attorney John Eliasik.

No Sellout

I’ve worked opposite him for years on many cases and through many battles. John is an attorney who goes to bat for his clients. He’s not one to back down or sell out.

HORRIBILE

Promised me monthly workers comp checks and told me not to file for disability so I got nothing until settlement!!! Nothing near what I expected ...I also needed a second surgery at anytime did he even try to get me to a see a doctor the last surgery he filed to late so I got nothing I used my own i...nsurance and had to borrow from oasis at 50 percent ended up owing 30 grand for $15.000 do not trust him I asked for things in writing email well I can do that he gave excuses ask yes or no answer talked for an hour never answered question !,

I'm sorry that you were not satisfied. I advise all my clients to avoid getting loans at high interest rates for this very reason. We settled your case for the maximum amount available under the law.

Hired Me Elaisik for a worker Comp case he did little to assist me he told me that the opposing attorney was offering me 500 to drop my case and if I didn’t drop the case they were going to report me to the office of insurance fraud leaving me with the feeling who’s attorney was he my jobs or mine a ...week before the hearing I got a court document from him requesting off my case don’t hire him he won’t fight for you he’s looking for easy money

Debra, I gave you the best advice that I could under the circumstances. As I explained at the time, we had a difficult issue to deal with concerning the surveillance video. I still feel that the outcome was appropriate and the best resolution.
