I had a good feeling about Stuart from our very first meeting at the initial consultation. He was understanding and painted a very clear picture as to what would follow if I retained his services. Mr.Handelman and his team Jean Huang and Kelly Smith have done a great job for me with my chapter 13 from the first day that I met with Mr.Handelman to this day 19 months into my chapter 13 they have worked with me making sure everything that need to done was done. The day I met with the trustee ther...e was so many people in his office that were angry with their lawyers because they didn’t tell them one thing or another I was so happy because I knew everything that was going to happen I had people asking me about my lawyers. Started a Chapter 13 with them in August of 2017-it was a complex case with a job loss and it was handled wonderfully by Stuart and Jean Huang. They were very helpful and patient even when I would worry about all the what if's. After 9 months in the plan our income changed and we needed to convert ...to Chapter 7-this was a seamless process handled again by Stuart and his staff. We received our discharge last month.
