Filing Chapter 13 Bankruptcy was a hard and uncomfortable decision. We met with initially with Stuart in the Olympia Fields office and he made us feel at ease and took time to explain the process. We never felt embarrassed or ashamed, it was a very pleasant experience. In the days before the court... date, his office kept us informed of any paperwork and expectations. Anytime we had questions, we were able to call or email and get immediate responses. On the day of court, we were greeted by Stuart and he accompanied us through the entire process which helped ease the process by making it more comfortable.
