Stephen was very responsive and helpful when I was in a bicycle accident. A car door opened and sent me flying into the street. The insurance company refused to pay for my chiropractor. I think that my background played more of a part in my Settlement than anything... I have a felony yes , but its over 8 years old with no trouble since then .. On July 21 2013 my Bathroom ceiling fell on my head while I was 6 months pregnant... I suffered a concussion, and because I was pregnant ha...d to live with the pain of the concussion... Headaches, nausea sleepless nights ... And a number of other issues... My landlord at the time felt guilty and elected not to accept rent ... So for the last 5 months of my Lease . wasn't allowed to pay ... Which ended in me being evicted... I'm saying all this to say ... That even tho I had Several pictures and Video of the actual ceiling falling ... I lost my case and only ended up with about 1,000 .. Because of my background and the eviction... Not on the fact that this incident ruined my life , and not on the fact I was really injured.. I feel as a attorney he didn't fight as hard as he could .. I feel I should have went with another attorney... I feel like I was pretty judged.. And he himself didn't believe that I deserve to win .... So No matter how much evidence you have if you have background don't go with him as a attorney... The settlement that he got me was a reflection to me of the energy and effort he put into my Case....
