I think that my background played more of a part in my Settlement than anything... I have a felony yes , but its over 8 years old with no trouble since then .. On July 21 2013 my Bathroom ceiling fell on my head while I was 6 months pregnant... I suffered a concussion, and because I was pregnant ha...d to live with the pain of the concussion... Headaches, nausea sleepless nights ... And a number of other issues... My landlord at the time felt guilty and elected not to accept rent ...
