Kathryn helped me obtain legal permanent residency for my spouse after our marriage. Although our case seemed to be straight-forward, we ran into an unforeseen problem at our immigration interview. Kathryn quickly identified a solution for us and we were very thankful to have her as our advocate. She also followed up many times with our case officer to ensure our case was adjudicated in a timely fashion. My only complaint would be the somewhat opaque pricing scheme employed by her firm (e.g. paying by the hour without knowing how many hours it would take rather than paying for a final product), but I think this is standard practice in the industry. I would highly recommend Kathryn for anyone seeking legal advice on immigration matters.

I used Kathryn for my permanent residency application 5 years ago and when it became time to apply for my Citizenship, I promptly received a notification from her firm informing me of my options. Kathryn as always facilitated everything and made it very easy and clear on what to expect from the application process. Everything went smoothly and Kathryn prepared me for every possible scenario. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a highly skilled and very professional Immigration Lawyer.

Even though, I was referred to Kathryn Weber by a coworker who was in removal process and Kathryn help him resolve it, my husband and I still did our research. We went to couple of lawyers for consultation, but we decided to hire Kathryn because she seemed knowledge and also because of the positive reviews that she had.
We had a very complicated case, after about 5 years from the first initially immigration interview our case was denied based on marriage fraud (We had a different Laywer not Kathryn at that time).
It was easy to work with Kathryn and Susan (the best legal assistance ever! Love her to death). Throughout the process
Kathryn guided us step by step and kept us informed with what’s going on. It was very easy to communicate with Kathryn, I used mostly emails, she was great at responding quickly.
No words can express how grateful I am to Kathryn and her legal assistant Susan. Because of Kathryn and her hard work, I am now able to call myself a lawful permanent resident.
I will highly recommend her. I will use Kathryn again for sure when for applying for citizenship.
