I had some serious maintenance issues that my landlord was not interested in addressing. When I asserted my rights under the Chicago RLT to try and get the situation addressed, the landlord broke my lease and booted me out. John took my case and found several instances where the landlord could be found liable for damages. He drafted a letter to the landlord offering to settle out of court, and it was successful; I got my move to a new apartment paid for and my move-in fees refunded. John was pleasant to work with and very attentive. I would recommend him to anyone.

I do not usually write reviews but I wanted to take the time to write a review about Attorney John E. Brennock. I hired Attorney John E. Brennock after he was recommended to me through a business acquaintance. Before I hired him I read his reviews and I can attest to the fact that the positive reviews I read about him were true. Attorney John E. Brennock was by far the best attorney I have hired. He was attentive to my needs, returned all my phone calls in a timely manner, did not charge me every time I had a question or needed to speak to him and he kept me informed with what was going on with my case. He made me feel like he carried about the outcome of my case. I highly recommend Attorney Brennock and would hire him again.
