I was lucky to have Hal referred to me by a friend. I gave him a call he personally answered and immediately started looking into my case. I got a dui in April of 2016. All the odds were against me but Hal looked at me in the eye said he was going to fight for me and he did by my second court date he... was successful in rescinding my statutory summary suspension. My son had a very difficult case that involved domestic battery; DUI and driving on revoked and was looking at some serious lock up time not to mention a state’s attorney’s office that seemed to want to set an example with my son’s life. Back in November I wrote a review (please see below) on how great of a job Mr. Hal Garfinkel did on helping rescind my summary of suspension to receive my drivers license back. Just when I thought I witnessed a defense attorney at his best, I did not. I recently had my DUI trial take place, when I ca...ught site of all the witnesses the state prosecutors were able to get to attend the trial, I thought I was done, did not think I had a chance to come out victorious on this case.
