      A life-changing settlement

      David was my attorney in a personal injury case that involved three surgeries, short term disability leave and months of physical therapy. He told me my case was rare - the insurance company offered to settle even before actually filing suit. David got me a settlement that was $75,000 over the initial offer. And maybe more unbelievably, he spent less that $800 in expenses. Our business was conducted quickly and efficiently by phone, fax and text. The first time I ever met him in person was when he delivered my settlement check to me. I would definitely recommend David as a personal injury attorney.

      I was involved in a traffic accident. David was very compassionate, respectful, and knowledgable when I requested his help. The process was extremely easy for me as David simply let me know what was going on with negotiations between insurance companies and was always very timely with his communications.       I would advise that you keep an eye on your bill and check to insure that what he tells you is accurate. Not all attorneys are equally skilled! This attorney totally undermined my faith of the legal system. Terrible experience.
