About me

Hello,I am a business litigator with a national practice. I am known for my blog--In Search Of Perfect Client Service, reflects my commitment to client service. I have come to recognize that litigation is a blunt instrument, not necessarily the right instrument to solve business problems. I have developed tools to help clients separate those cases that we must try from those that should not be, and to accomplish that separation quickly.
