Professional. Organized. Honest.

I was referred to Michael through a friend and could not be any happier with the outcome of the events that unfolded. I have always been apprehensive about trying to get a settlement from any sort of accident or injury. Well, unfortunately we all somehow get into this situation in one way or another ...and need to seek professional help. Michael was very honest with me from the get go on the timeline I should be expecting and also never hesitated to answer any of the questions I had in terms of the entire litigation process. He was able to settle my case earlier than the timeline he had first explained to me, kept me in the loop on if there was any sort of communication or even steps being (again, this can take what seems like forever as you are not the only one involved). I highly recommend someone who is as professional, organized, and honest as Michael. I wouldn’t carry his card around with me if I did not trust him!

MUST HIRE

My husband and I were on vacation when things turned ugly. I had an accident and broke my ankle. Needless to say our vacation was ruined! My son recommended Michael to handle my injury case, which turned out to be the best suggestion ever given to me! During our first conversation, Michael calmed... my nerves and took the time to explain the process of going through an injury case, and answered all my questions. He would call to give me regular updates on progress, and also just to check up on me and see how I was doing with my recovery. I felt like I was dealing with a friend and not just some typical attorney. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the injury and the medical aspects of my case. He fought extremely hard for me. The responsible company (large multinational corporation) tried to lowball me with their offers, but Michael never backed down and kept fighting. When we settled (6 figures) it was much more than I could have imagined! I would highly recommend Michael to anyone who needs a personal injury attorney. ATTN: ALL Personal Injury

I was referred to the offices of Trapp&Geller by my aunt who basically said, "best attorneys that I have dealt with." Now, seeing that this was my first case and interaction with an attorney; I didn't know what to expect. Since day one Mike was over and above on making me feel comfortable with the ...process but definitely walking me through everything. Mike and I had regular conversations, he kept me up to date with the case and since this was my first case he helped me to understand the legal jargon. My health and happiness was first to him, there was definitely more of a caring dynamic then just a settlement check for him. No shady business with this guy, I hear the horror stories of attorneys now days and this affirmed that not only are they stand up people in the profession, but GOD forbid I get hurt again, I'll know to come see Mike. Break a Leg

I was initially quite hesitant about pursuing any type of lawsuit regarding a broken leg I sustained as the result of a workplace accident. After getting on the phone with Michael and discussing the details of my case however, I decided to give it a go. He assured me that I had a viable case and that... he could aid in making sure that I was properly compensated for my pain and suffering. I had been attempting to reach some outlets on the construction site I was working on , and in doing so a couple of stacks of drywall that had been negligently stacked in front of said outlets came crashing down on me. I ended up breaking my right leg and straining my back. I ended up pursuing a workers compensation claim as well as a civil lawsuit. Michael kept me up to date every step of the way and was always open to answering any questions or concerns I had throughout the litigation process. I was especially nervous before my deposition. Michael met with me ahead of time and broke down exactly what I could expect, so that when it came time for my deposition to take place, I was cool as a cucumber. When you're involved in something as serious as a legal matter, you need someone you can trust and count on to be there for you. Michael is that type of attorney. He gives 100% to his clients and that's really all you can ask for.

Accidents Happen

I've been a truck driver for, well, it's got to be about twenty five years now. Man time flies. Anyways, accidents happen constantly in my line or work. It's a dangerous business. Between cars attempting to race around you, and smashing into your trailer instead; to guys breaking bones and tearing li...gaments when unloading any number of products they may be transporting. Thing is, when you're in the thick of things, you just never think that something like that could happen to you, until it does. While making a late night delivery at one of the major grocery store chains in the Chicago area, a pallet fell on me while I was attempting to unload it from my truck. I was badly hurt and ended up having to have a fusion done in my neck, I had a left labral tear in my shoulder, and I ruptured three discs in my thoracic. This accident wasn't something I could walk away from without taking legal action. I heard about Michael through a buddy of mine and thought I'd give him a whirl. I've got to say, I'm glad that I did. Michael was honest with me from the beginning about the results I could expect from the type of case I presented him with. Any issues I had were addressed in a timely manner, and in a way that I could understand; which I greatly appreciated because frankly, I don't have the time or energy to sift through a lot of legal jargon. Basically Michael was an easy guy to communicate with and he took my case seriously which is why I got a settlement that met my expectations and gave me the closure I needed.
