Client was sued on a variety of grounds related to racial employment discrimination. Summary judgment was entered in favor of client in the district court. Plaintiff appealed, and client's summary judgment on discrimination, harassment, and various other claims affirmed.

Bank's judgment affirmed
Client bank and eight others were sued by Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, the nation's largest title insurer, on various claims of fraudulent conveyance stemming from deposit activity of the defunct Intercounty Title Insurance Company, which had dissolved in the wake of the largest title insurance escrow fraud loss ($35M) in American history to date. Client bank and other defendant banks succeeded in obtaining summary judgment in their favor in the district court. Fidelity appealed the decision, and the U.S. Court of Appeals affirmed the decision. Mr. Curry represented the client bank both in the trial court and on the appeal.

Client bank was sued for wrongful acceptance of alleged forged check. Client bank won summary judgment from the trial court, and the plaintiff bank appealed. Client's summary judgment was affirmed on appeal. Mr. Curry represented the client bank both in the trial court and on the appeal.
