HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

At the beginning of my divorce I hired a firm that did nothing but overcharge me and take all my money without doing anything for my case. After being thoroughly frustrated, I was recommended to Dean Taradash by a good friend of mine who had a nasty divorce case, but Dean helped him greatly, so I fi...gured I would give him a try. I researched Dean Taradash online and was a little weary from some of the reviews on here, but let me tell you THEY ARE FAR FROM THE TRUTH! Dean was so helpful from the get-go. He immediately took action and helped me fire my first divorce lawyer. Then he had a motion filed in my case immediately and I was emailed a copy that he filed at court within the same day. Talk about prompt service! Everytime I telephoned Dean's office, even if Dean was not available, the office staff was so helpful. They did their best to answer my questions or provide me with information and later that day Dean would call me back as well. I was never left in the dark on my case. Dean was always very calm and knew just the right actions to take to ensure I would get the outcomes I desired - even when i was very upset with my ex and her behavior. I am not sure why other people were saying he yelled at them because he never even raised his voice at me. He was always very professional and helpful! Not only was Dean professional and trustworthy, he was also very proficient in court. The one time I went to court with him for my case, the other attorneys and even the judge all knew him by name. At that point, I knew I was in very great hands. The judge even seemed to highly respect what he had to say. Even when I was not in court, I was emailed orders that were entered immediately afterwards and Dean or his staff let me know exactly what happened. Overall, Dean was a great lawyer and helped me greatly through my tough divorce. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND DEAN TARADASH TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A GREAT DIVORCE LAWYER.

I LOVE the GUARANTEE -- Very satisfied and I highly recommend

Dean was the third attorney I had in my case. The first two told me a lot of what I think they thought I wanted to hear. Dean delivered. What I appreciated most was his guidance and advice. He helped me avoid a lot of trouble in court by doing little things out of court. He got more done in three... months than the other two attorneys did in over year. My case finished last year and when I went to file taxes, my ex wouldn't sign the forms I needed for my return. I called Dean and he lived up to his guarantee. He wrote my ex and called my accountant and I had the forms quickly and my return on file. He didn't charge me a dime. I expect I'll be needing more of his "guaranteed service" in the future and I'll be happy to rely on it. I highly recommend him and his firm.

Very happy after years of service.

I've worked with Dean on a multitude of cases over more than a decade. He knows the law, he knows the courts, and he knows his clients. As a divorce and family-law attorney, myself, I've turned to Dean for assistance and insight in a multitude of cases. His intuition, judgment, and shrewdness have he...lped me resolve many complex cases. Over the years, I've known of many colleagues as well, who have sought the benefit of Dean's acumen and experience. Dean's reputation among the family-law bar for ethical practice and square dealing is impeccable. He is widely recognized and respected by the family-law bench and bar. When I needed a divorce lawyer in my own case, I am proud to say that it was Dean I turned to. He helped me, guided me, and counseled me from before the initial pleading through the next sixteen years in various post-decretal issues. He has helped me and I personally know he has helped more than one thousand others just like me. I HIGHLY recommend him.

Sad

In fairness this has been a long time coming, 2017. BUT......it neeeds to be shared. I was locked in a hostlie divorce where my former spouse was behaving in ways that is referred to as Parental Alienation Sundrome; research through the APA and the DSM5 ackowledge: " (Induced parental alienation i...s a specific form of psychological child abuse, which is listed in DSM-5, the current Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of the American Psychiatric Association (APA), under diagnostic code V 995.51 "child psychological abuse." As I stumbled across Taradash's website promotion of his expertise in ths area (it has since been changed dramatically), and trusting what he had informed me about his expertise in Parental Alienation it was only later that in an exasperated phone call he openly doubted everything that I was telling him about what was happening to my children and I, then TOLD ME HE NEEDED PROOF that what I was telling him was actually happpening. I asked what kind of proof he needed, and when he told me I provided exactly what he asked for. In a subsequent phone call, exasperated by the proof he requested and I provided him, he stated that he could not believe what was happening and stated specifically that he had no professional experience with Parental Alienation and thus I immediately fired him. He lied about his experience for almost a year, while taking advantage and capitalizing on a parent who was desperately fighting for his children, who loves his children UNCONDITIONALLY and in the end Dean Taradash demonstrated absoutely ZERO integrity in any word or action diplayed while, by his own words in the last phone call, had no direct professional training and expertise with Parental Alienation (now refered to as Attachment Based Parental Alienation). Did you know that Dean Taradash?? Have not seen my daughters in ten years. This is why I hired him so that would not happen. It has been a long time coming to write this review. MY WORDS retain integrity. I promised a review. Did he learn anything from his deception? Character is extremely difficult to change. You are who you are. Think about this sidenote.....Dean Taradash continued to take retainers from me while appearently knowing he had no professional background with he which he stated he did in PA?? No integrity. Never returning any of the retainers I paid him for expertise he never had. ( Caps for emphasis outside of capitalized terminologies)

Fraud

Dean worked on my case for months , was paid and then sent a stand in without my consent for the trial. I flew in from another state for this trial and couldn't be bothered to tell me. Run don't walk. Check the ARDC. He is the most unethical attorney , best part is, my brother who is an attorney, who...m he knows, recommended him and he still did that to me!
