Took our case on contingency but with a set monthly fee. Talked a big game and then after 2 years of collecting monthly fees abruptly withdrew from the case right before depositions started. Leaving us high and dry. Completely unprofessional and basically sabotaged our entire case. Avoid at all c...osts.
