My wife and I had been coming to the US for a few months a year as part of my job. A couple of months into this trip, in late November, we decided it would be best to move to the US permanently. We talked first with another lawyer but felt unsure afterwards. After more consideration, we talked to to Shobhana. She was much more professional and brought up important points that the other lawyer had not considered. We hired her, and began the process of collecting material. We submitted in March. Later we received a RFE for material (relating to my income) which was probably unnecessary. Shobhana prepared a response that was more than complete, this was also our experience during the preparation for the interview. Considering that my wife had lost her passport shortly before the interview and did not have this important piece of ID during the interview, I am sure that this preparation helped set the situation so that we could have a pleasant and swift approval of the adjustment of status. Which we did in August. We formed a good personal relationship with her during our many meetings this year.
