This law firm accepted my case over a year ago and never once, did an atty return my calls, nor did they ever send me any updates on my case for all the time that I waited. Fast forward, a year+ ... I finally get a call, informing me of 'supposed' good news. There was no good news, only a terrible of...fer.

I was very unimpressed with the interactions I had with one of the paralegals named Jackie at Agruss Law Firm. She was downright rude and talked down to me. While they did settle my case outside of court, the level of unprofessionalism exhibited by Jackie left me with a bad impression overall. I a...lso only spoke with the attorney one time over course of 6 months. I felt it was my responsibility to check in with them every so often to make sure that they were still representing me.

Last year, a company took unauthorized payments 4 days in a row I didn’t know what to do, who to talk to, or if that was even legal. I researched lawyers that deal with such problems and found this law firm. I was a bit skeptical to say the least, mainly due to the fact that I’ve never dealt with a l...awyer before. All my fears and worry disappeared after the very first conversation. They walked me through the whole process, collected as much information as I could find, and kept in contact with me. Even after 4 months of no contact they still reached out to me to tell me they have been continuously working on my case and have came to a settlement. Best part was I didn’t have to be burdened with anything so it was no stress involved. Based on my previous legal cases, lawyers from law firms don't seem to do much other than draining my money. So I tried to hire an individual lawyer, yet every one of them I contacted wasn't sure if my case was a consumer protection case or something else and wasn't able to find anyone who's willing ...to take my case even though I was being accused of something I didn't do. I don't know how to thank Jim and everyone who has helped my case. After the experience with Agruss law firm, I feel like there are still good law firms who are willing to help people to resolve their problems.

I am very glad that I came across this agency, they were very professional and most of all able to assist me with my issue It is nice to know that there is help out there for the con...sumer who is being harassed and treated less than human. At first I did not think they could help me, I thought this was just another gimmick, but I was wrong. I am from Missouri the "show me state" and they definitely showed me that they are a legitimate agency that will deliver results. They DEFINITELY stand behind their word.
