Very Sharp Attorney

Liam Dixon has represented me many times. In 2007 I was charged with 2 murders. I was found not guilty after a trial on one murder charge and the other murder charge was dismissed by filing a motion to dismiss. Also in 2007 I was found not guilty of possession of a controlled substance and criminal... trespass after trial. In 2008 I was charged with aggravated battery and Mr. Dixon got it dismissed. In 2009, I had a felony obstruction of justice and fleeing and eluding charge that Mr. Dixon got dismissed by filing a motion to dismiss. Also in 2009 we went to trial on an aggravated DUI charge, and I was found not guilty. Mr. Dixon is a very sharp attorney, and knows the law inside and out. He stays on top of the laws as they change. I would highly recommend him to anyone facing criminal charges. He will be honest with you, and tell you what you will be facing. He will not waste your time.

Hired Liam Dixon and he said he would get me no jail time and supervision... I goto court 3 more times and finally he said best he can do f...or me is 60 days.. So I payed $1500 and he did absolutely nothing for me.. Garbage!!! Also my friend used him as lost aswell!

Not sure which Andrew this is as the most recent I had with a DWLR received supervision. The trouble with some driving cases is the mandatory minimums that the legislature put in place for repeated offenders. However, please feel free to contact my office if you would like to discuss this further

Where in the world Is Liam Dixon?

Seriously the communication between Mr. Dixon, his office staff and myself is completely non-existent. You will not be given any way to communicate with your own PAID attorney instead you will be directed to communicate with office staff. Every conversation you will have with the staff will be rushe...d, you can feel them trying to get you off the phone as soon as possible while also being pretty rude in the act. As first timers you will probably have so many questions but you can only ask them to the office staff. You will get promised answers (with rude tones) on the next call back that you never receive. Truly I have called in so many times every time with a promise of a call back that I eventually after a week or 2 give up on waiting for so I just call back in again lo and behold to get the same answer (we will call you back with an answer) and the cycle just comes back around. I can say this is definitely not giving me any impression that they care at all about my case or freedom but only about the money, because you may not receive calls or answers back but you will surely receive reminders of your invoice. Hiring an attorney is obviously not like making a purchase for most services but the basics are the same, you pay for a service and a company provides it for you. In this case I am paying for a service and have no idea what that service is doing for me and I could understand if it cost a few cents or bucks but were talking thousands and thousands of $'s here. If I am giving someone the larger portion of my income I expect at the very least a call back or the answer to atleast one of my questions however 2 months later I'm still running in circles trying to get ONE answer for ONE question. Your treated exactly as the state labels you, a criminal, but aren't I considered innocent until proven guilty? Yes? Then why is it I feel looked down on by the people I am paying to protect my freedom? Fighting a case your under extreme bad nerves but waiting on that call or answer just makes it worse which then never comes and it's scary it messes with your head even more. Your already short money, you expect the people that you're paying to care about your freedom to actually care or atleast seem like they are but I don't get that impression here. It's been a nerve wrecking frustrating situation to say the least.

Did not care about my case.

He handled my DUI case as an after thought. His office said I did not have to show up to my first court date and I received a letter from the court saying that if I Showed up late to court again that I would have a warrant for my arrest. He "assumed" that I did not want my license back after I paid h...im $5000. Genius. He took the money and ran. He lied about about everything.

Not sure who this "client" is as that scenario does not fit our office and I have not received any complaints. However the retention of a drivers license in a DUI case is always foremost in our efforts. We are always up front with our view of a case and the facts presented. if you are interested in discussing the matter we are always available.
