Client

I highly recommend Kurt Niermann of Porro Niermann Law Group for his professionalism, expertise, and dedication to his clients. Throughout the entire process, Mr. Nierman demonstrated a thorough understanding of my workers’ compensation claim and guided me at each stage of my case. Communication was... consistent. Kurt’s strategic approach and ability to effectively manage my case contributed to a favorable resolution. The outcome of my case reflected Kurt’s expertise, and I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Niermann and Porro Niermann Law Group to anyone seeking knowledgeable and effective representation in a workers’ compensation claim.

Not ethical attorney stay away

This attorney was handling my very serious WC case for many years until I found out that he was working against my best interest. I will update my review with details in a later time. I had to replace him in order to get the treatment I deserved. I strongly do not recommend this attorney or anyone... else from.his firm and I am surprised to even see that others gave him 5 stars reviews.

Not recommended

For now as a former client of this attorney I advise against hiring him or anyone else in this firm. Be careful

Unhappy

I hired Mr. Niermann in 2009 regarding a fall I had while working as a Visiting Nurse. I never went before an Arbitrator. While I had many court dates, they ALL were cancelled shortly prior to the appearance. I have the documentation to reflect this. My husband is disabled and I am the primary suppor...t. We lost everything and moved to Tennessee. In November of 2011 we were given another letter informing us of a court date. We came to Chicago. When Mr. Niermann saw us he asked "What are you doing here?". Again, we did not go in front of the Arbitrator. In 2013, out of necessity, we took a small settlement. I feel as if I did not have "my day in court". I would not recommend Mr. Niermann to others.

Past Client

Kurt helped me out in a very tough case, when all else was failing he came through for me. He is fair, and tries to keep you always feeling like you are going to come out okay. He even picked me up at my home when I could not get a ride to court, I am legally blind, this means a lot. I would us...e him again, however I hopw that is not needed.
