My uncle was suddenly in an assisted living facility. For no reason, really. Amy is (or I should say, was) his lawyer. Helped us find a service so we could take my uncle home. Ms. Delaney helped me through a very difficult trust process with many difficulties, tax issue, and she helped me recover funds taken by a "friend" of my late aunt.
