Traffic Ticket for Out of State Driver

Gordon and his team of attorneys are extremely professional and well versed in the laws governing the state of Illinois and specifically in my case, the City of Chicago. I received a speeding ticket on the Chicago Skyway and the ticket required me to appear in person and have legal representation. ...I recieved a letter in the mail from Gordon's firm offering to help. It was as simple as a phone call and a PayPal payment and I hired Gordon's firm, a lawyer met me at the courthouse and helped me to resolve it completely in just a matter of minutes. It was extremely easy and having someone from his team present gave me piece of mind that it was resolved in the proper way. Thank you!

Great Experience

It's very rare for me to take the time to write a review, however, my experience working with Mr. Hirsch was fantastic. I originally contacted another attorney who supposedly specialized in expungement and was hesitant on taking on my request. I called Mr. Hirsch and he said he would take care of i...t without a problem. He gave me a longer timeline that I was hoping for, but everything was completed way before. It was a pleasure to work with him and I will use him again.

Poor Representation, quite the salesman but unproductive.

I saw his web site and saw many offices in and around Chicago. I was mildly impressed. Looks to be very successful. I filled out the questionnaire and he called me soon after, on a Sunday! I was further impressed. He told me my case was $4k, including going to trial. Other attorneys wanted abou...t $3k and charged extra if it went to trial. He was in the ballbark for fees so I hired him. When it was time for court, a different substitute was sent each time for my first three appearance. I was contacted by the attorney assigned my case, Christine Field. I ask for a meeting and she said I could drive to Joliet and meet at her office. I asked about the Crystal Lake office and she said there was no-one there. I asked if any attorney ever worked out of that office and she said no. She was not willing to drive up and meet me. I asked about meeting somewhere half way and she said no. I drove to the Crystal Lake office and it looks dirty and abandoned. I was starting to feel taken advantage of. Since Christine was uncooperative I dropped this law office and hired another attorney who really did work in my area. I was paying installments and glad I didn't pay it all upfront. I asked what they did for me and it didn't seem like much, discovery and some paperwork. I paid $1700 and asked for a fair partial refund. Answer was no. So, impressive web site, had lots of charm, guidance, and sounded very responsible......at the beginning (quite a salesman), but short on customer care. Now I really did feel taken advantage of. Why does his web site show an office close to me but no attorney works there? I interviewed with 5 attorneys before I hired my next attorney. They asked how far along my case was and why am I switching attorneys. After explaining, 2 of them said they were not surprised and is typical of Hirsch. Hirsch's business model seems to be; look very impressive on line, promise the world, charge what you can before you get fired.

Mark - Thank you for your honest feedback. I am sorry your experience didn't meet your expectations. We do have attorneys staffed at every office. I would be more than happy to meet you at the Crystal Lake office to discuss your experience with us and see how we can make improvements. We always welcome feedback and strive for continual improvements. We always assign multiple lawyers to a client. We work as teams to offer the best defense for each client. It is quite common for lawyers to have multiple cases up on the same day at the same time. By having multiple attorneys assigned to a case, we make sure the clients need are met at all times. This is why different attorneys may show at court. This is our family business. We very much appreciate it when people turn to us for help in their time of need. This can be a very stressful time for you. If there is something more we can do to help, then please call me directly. 224-788-8888
