I contacted Adam S. Tracy on a recommendation from a business colleague and boy am I glad I did.
I was beyond impressed with Adam – we had a troublesome legal issue about a debt owed by our now defunct company and needed a sound legal advice. He does not beat around the bush and his response time, and quality of reply, were remarkable good, concise and solution focused.
He is a true trusted legal advisor that will get immediate results. Highly recommended.

I found Mr. Adam S. Tracy to be an enthusiastic lawyer and a very skillful negotiator. He resolved quite a difficult employment matter by masterfully employing both his commendable tenaciousness and calmly expressed reason.

Rule 144 "that allows for the public resale of controlled and restricted securities contingent on some conditions," is a tad too complicated.
Mr. Tracy explained it in detail to me and we decided to move forward together. Highly recommended.

I was excited to work with Adam after an initial consult. From there everything fell apart. The work he was hired to do was estimated to take week. After a week I followed up with him and he said he was almost done, just needed another day or two. Three days later I followed up again and he asked for a few more days. After a few more days I followed up again and he stopped responding. I found this extremely unprofessional and frustrating. All his delays cost me time and money. Not sure why I gave him so many chances, other local firms gave much better service.

Corporate securities attorneys are hard to come by, but competent and experienced Corproate securities attorneys are even more difficult to find. Adam, although relatively young, is very experienced and knows his way around the complexities of matters such as corporate actions, reverse mergers, opinions, etc. He's been my attorney for both personal and business transactions for five years now and I'm very pleased with his work.

Adam and his team are great at what they do. I wanted to get an e-commerce business incorporated, get a contract between my business partner and I, get contracts for advertisers, acquire a little bit of funding, and explore options for funding in the future. Although my business is very small, they treated me like I was a medium or large company and now my business is off and running!

Adam has served as my public company's in house counsel for five years and I have been extremely pleased. He has had us covered on all issues that have come up including our public offering. I continue to recommend him to associates of mine.

The firm I represent was a business client of Adam Tracy starting in September of 2014. During the initial negotiations of fees and services he was very positive, responsive and willing to be flexible to meet our needs. Once he convinced us to send several thousand dollars, things changed. After he received our funds he was completely 'non-responsive' and simply refused to accept or return phone calls, emails and Skype messages. Every few weeks or month or so he would come back, apologetic making new promises to get on the case, be more responsive and move forward. He broke every promise and never did a thing. We gave him multiple chances to make amends and do what he was paid to do, and at every turn he has abused our trust and good faith. He refused to send our money back and has yet to offer any evidence that he has done 'ANY' work whatsoever. One thing he is very good at... taking your money! Do your research and judge for yourself.

Adam failed to attend an important hearing and he failed to file an important motion. It is nearly impossible to reach him by phone, he seldom returns callls and he does not respond to most emails.
The only thing he does with any degree of regularity is to cash your check. He really hung me out to dry. It is a real shame because he is the most knowledgeable attorney with whom I spoke on my issue.

I was losing a commercial property to foreclosure after the market bombed out. Mr Tracy was one of the few attorneys that I met with that didn’t simply assume I had to lose the property as well as any equity I had in it. He eventually proposed a 1031 exchange that he made work to my benefit. He is busy and can be tough to reach, but I see why he is. I continue to use him for my other ventures
