Chapter 7

If you EVER need an HONEST, Caring Lawyer who gives YOU the time YOU need, this is the lawyer you want. Mr Wrobel quickly set up a consultation for us to meet with him.(It was nice that he has so many offices to make the meeting place convenient for us) He made us feel so comfortable when we met fo...r our consultation that we knew we JUST had to go with him.He totally took his time when explaining the difference between all bankruptcies and what was BEST for us. No hidden agenda with this man VERY upfront and HONEST. He does exactly what he tells you he is going to do. He is THERE to HELP YOU . Always VERY quick to respond to an e-mail or call you back on the phone. I would recommend Mr. Wrobel to anyone who is considering bankruptcy. Don't waste you time calling other lawyers . Take us at our word ...the ONLY Lawyer for you to call is MR. WROBEL. We just finished with our bankruptcy and he was true to his word. He told us it would painless and he was right !! We just can't Thank Him enough for getting us through this process and now we are on our way to a much better financial situation !!

great chapter 7 bankr. attorney

My husband and I needed to file for chapter 7 bankruptcy. It was something we never thought we would need to do and we were sick over having to file. All our stress and worries were taken away after we hired Attorney Wrobel. He made everything very easy- he was available all the time- he was flexible... and allowed us to communicate via email, which helped us a lot because our job schedules didn't allow for us to see him in person, and our cell phone plans charged us for every minute used, so being able to do everything via email was perfect for us. From start to finish, everything was easy and stress free. From the date of filing chapter 7 to the discharge date, it was around less than 4 months and we are now able to get a fresh start in our life/finances. We were dreading having to file for chapter 7 and with having Mr. Wrobel as an attorney, we believe we made one of the best decisions to file.

Wonderful Attorney

I was nearing the end of my chapter 13 payment plan with another lawyer when something unexpected happened. I needed to make an important decision but my lawyer was really not giving me the answers to my questions to help me make my decision on how to proceed further with the bankruptcy. I found an...d consulted with Joseph Wrobel and I'm so HAPPY I did. He found time for me right away and took his time explaining my options fully that helped me make a final decision without any doubts. He even followed up with me. I wish I found him when I filed for my chapter 13 five years ago. I felt like he really cared about my situation and I felt very comfortable with him. I wish he was my lawyer from day one.

Bankrupcy

WOW!!! What a wonderful experience from a lawyer!. Due do some tragic things in our lives we finally had to claim bankruptcy,not knowing anything about this I started looking for a lawyer and,went on a few consultations.Mr.Wrobel was the most informative and did't make you feel worse than you alrea...dy did.He gave us all the options and explained the whole process. Even before we retained him I had many questions and he always took his time to explain.(Some were the same questions) We could always reach him via phone ,text or e-mail.Responded ,Always in a quick timely manner.. He made a very difficult time in our lives better.It was like he took on the burden and let us breathe. Thank you again for being a TRUSTWORTHY lawyer.

Thank you Mr. Wrobel

When we decided that we need to file for bankruptcy we had to find a layer. I checked the reviews of the local lawyers and found very positive comments for Mr. Wrobel. We set up the appointment and from the beginning to the end he treated us with dignity and respect. He added some humor into the conv...ersation and let us feel comfortable. He informed us about the process, showed us the options and left the decision to us without pushing for it. Mr. Wrobel informed us about every step we had to take and communicated with us mostly via e-mails. The process was very easy and all we had to do is to follow the directions. Mr. Wrobel is very knowledgeable and most of all trustworthy. He told us upfront how much he will charge and there was no more additional fees or other expenses. His staff members are also fantastic. When we had additional questions during the process Mr. Wrobel or his staff members responded almost immediately. Bankruptcy is a complicated process and there is a lot of paperwork. All we had to do is to provide the information and sign the papers. Mr. Wrobel is honest, responsible and most of all he will teat you like you just made a mistake in your life and he is there to help you to fix it.
