Poor Service

We employed Mario for our immigration process. It was pointless. We could have done a better job without him. You could tell he didn't really care. We got the green card sorted but overall a complete waste of time and money.

Dear Client, I am sorry you were not happy with the service delivered by my office. It sounds like we were able to get you the green card after all -- however you are right that service is always important. As you did not identify yourself, I am unable to know how to address the issue. As you know we are a small office of attorneys and paralegals working together on all cases. I too was an immigrant. I started to practice immigration law to help others like myself. While it is impossible to make everyone 100% happy, I try to address all client concerns in a timely manner when brought to my attention. Your concerns were never brought to my attention if made.
