The best law office in Illinois

I had an amazing experience with everyone in this office. From Mr Isuf Kola and his great associates to the front desk, everyone was helpful, processed my case in timely manner and successfully provided a permanent residency for me. Couldn’t be happier! Thank you guys so so much. Highly recommended

I recommend

Had a best experience with attorneys at Kola Associates especially Mr. Kola, Ms. Nasreen, Ms. Anzur… Prefect in paperwork by Ms. Anastasia. Interview preparation was prefect and attorney was waiting for us before the interview. Some important things we noticed (Can call anytime for questions, no... hidden fees, no pressure at all, very smooth process and 100% success) Good Job

Visa Approved!

We had tried to go the "cheap" route for the visa process and were not having much luck. There are a lot of places out there that claim that they can do this for less, but all they did was waste our time and money. Nothing was done. At my suggestion my husband called this law office and it was well w...orth the money. They outlined the whole process and walked us through each step. Every time we completed a phase, they would call us in to start with the next. There was a lot that we had to do beforehand. When we went for my husband's interview in Ciudad Juarez, we were totally prepared. His interview was on a Monday and he received his visa on Tuesday. We were done and back home in 1 week! The paperwork was so well prepared that we had no issues whatsoever. I was amazed at how many other people at the consulate were not approved because they needed more documentation or forms filled out. Would I use them again, definitely.

Very greatful

I had a phenomenal experience with this firm. From the beginning they were very organized, maintaining all my records and communicating with me when needed. The process was greatly facilitated by their client-portal system, where all of your paperwork is automatically uploaded, making it supper easy... not having to set up unnecessary meetings. The staff does a great job with communicating with you, so you never have to feel like you’re “bothersome” and responding to my emails or calls by the end of the work day. My case was not the easiest case, and Mr. Kola and his associates did a good job at preparing me for the worst, but thanks to them, it was a fast and easy process. If you’re looking for a law firm with very reasonable pricing that offers great help throughout the whole process, I highly recommend this law firm. I was beyond happy with the quickness and outcome of the results.

I got bad experince

I and my son went to his office on date 23rd April 2018 at 4:30 PM. My appointment time was at 4:00 PM but because of the traffic issue we went there late at his office, there is 2:30 hr to 3 hr distance between my home to his office. We went to his office to take advice for changing the address in m...y case file and we also decided to give him $50 for consultation fees But at that time he told us that we can’t do anything for you because you have put this case from your end. Then we think to give him my full case. So we asked him we want you to hire you how much we need to pay for this case?  at that time He said $1500 fix charges. So at that time, we paid him $1500 and also gave him my all required documents copies. After 2nd days 24th April 2018, I got the letter from USCIS, I also sent to him by an online client portal. They did not review and check all documents if is there any document left or incorrect. After one year We received a letter(RFE) from USCIS regarding submitted different police station certificates. We need to give them a police certificate where the robbery was done. They didn't check anything and they took $1500 from us for changing an address only. In Jun 2019 when we received REF from USCIS they told us to pay more $1000 for the response to the REF. We paid $1000. My question is why we paid an extra $1000 which we already paid $1500 for my case.As now I am 54 years old and I came across many doctors and lawyer. If I have any problem then the first doctor will check what kind of issues this man is suffering from, after analyze. he/she will let you know that you have such kind of problem and you have to pay this $1234 for solving the problem. The same thing in the lawyer, First they reviewed our case properly and check all documents then they told us the price structure of the case. We already gave a case to them and paid $1500 with all the documents. But they did not review the documents properly so it is their fault.  Also, we paid $1000 extra. Thay took from us $1500 but they did not do anything except the address change.  and we paid $1000 for the RFE response. They responded to USCIS for RFE but USCIS did not satisfy and they denied my petition. I think so this law firm does not have knowledge about the immigration law and took extra money from poor peoples which people who earning $8 per hour.
