Description: Plaintiff electrocuted on the job. Sued the electrician. The electrician in turn sued his employer. One month after that lawsuit was settled, plaintiff was fired. Second case filed alleging wrongful termination. Trial court dismissed the case finding that there was no protected right to file a lawsuit against the electrician.
