Great DUI Attorney

Mr. Wallin knows what he's doing. He helped me get my license back after it being revoked for over 20 years. He helped me to prepare well and made sure I was prepared well for my hearings. If you're in a similar situation like I was in contact Harold. As long as you follow what he tells you to do you...'ll get your license back.

3rd DUI - Innocent

First, I would like to say that Harold is the best DUI attorney in Chicago who also charges a fair wage. Most DUI attorneys charge a lot more than he does for services that are half as good. Harold knows the law, is very responsive, and has a calm/cool demeanor in court. I would recommend him in a... heartbeat to my best friends, family, and acquaintances. In addition, Harold represented me in a Secretary of State hearing to get my license back after my second DUI. Years prior I tried earn my license back myself, I was denied. Harold's expertise and experience were vital to reestablishing my driving privileges. Most recently, I was pulled over and charged with DUI for a third offense. I was under the legal limit (.56), and Harold had the case dismissed on the bases that breathalyzers are not calibrated enough (accurate enough) to determine the difference between .56 and .50. I can't explain the law works or exactly how he got my case dismissed (many other factors as well), but the State failed to prove that I was intoxicated. Finally, I am extremely happy with his services. He is representing me in other (related) criminal matters as well, and I'm equally as pleased. However, I have come to the conclusion for myself that if I want to stay away from legal problems I need to change my actions. I am currently working on complete sobriety through AA which is changing my life for the best. It is definitely helping me to avoid and resolve other legal matters as well.

A great DUI attorney!

I had recently been charged with a DUI in Illinois. And I also had a prior DUI from California in from 10 years ago and it was showing up in the PDPS system as 2 distinctly different DUIs. Harold represented me at my reinstatement hearing. He always returned my calls. He gave me good advice. He ...even set me up with DUI counseling and made sure the paperwork was in order. He is very knowledgeable about DUI laws, the IL Secretary of State and Reinstatement Hearings. He also knows the attorneys and hearing officers at the Secretary of State's Reinstatement Hearings Office very well and seems to have a good rapport with them. In the end, I received a clearance from the Secretary of State and I can now proceed to reinstate my license. I have dealt with many attorneys through out my time. And I truly believe that Harold is one of the most knowledgeable and experienced in his area of expertise (DUI). His fees are also reasonable and I believe that his work and advice is far better than what you would get if you paid even twice as much. If you need to get your license reinstated in Illinois, don't hesitate to call Harold Wallin. You won't be disappointed.
