Years ago, getting a speeding ticket in Illinois simply meant mailing a check to the Secretary of State's office and maybe paying a little extra if you wanted to take a defensive driving class to keep the charge off of your driving record. Illinois has made a number of changes to their laws over the... last few years and when I got pulled over for going 26mph over the speed limit in December, I wasn't aware that I was going to be charged with a Class B Misdemeanor (which could be punishable by a $1500 fine and up to 6 months in jail) until the police officer writing the ticket told me. I was able to work with Brandon to get my case resolved and have nothing but great things to say about him. Anytime I called with a question throughout the entire process, Brandon would always return my call quickly with the information I asked for. Then on my court date, I arrived at the courthouse and Brandon was already there and had worked out a deal with the prosecuting attorney. I only had to sign some forms and let the judge know that I was in agreement with the decision as well. The entire process took less than 20 minutes. I definitely got the best possible results (I ended up only having to pay court costs) and would absolutely recommend Brandon to anyone else that's in a similar situation and needs legal help.
