Mr. Brandon Davis is amazing!! Long story short, my license was suspended unbeknownst to my knowledge, stemming from a judge last year not taking into account I had active insurance at the time I was pulled over for expired tags and not having my card on me. She never told me I had a penalty- just dr...ive safe and I left. I thought all was well. Being that I was told by the cop to show my proof of insurance and it would be dismissed. Fast forward to a month ago, I was in an accident- rear ended from behind on 290. I found out then about my license. The cop was very nice, but he had to write me a citation. Brandon took what was a sticky situation and made it into an easy one. I had been pulled over for misdemeanor speeding, over 30 mph over the limit. Something technically punishable with up to 6 months in prison! I somehow had thought my court date was on Wednesday, but it turned out to be on Tuesd...ay, so I missed it! He then got the whole ticket busted down to petty speeding and essentially had it dismissed! I ended up only paying court costs, and had no traffic school or anything!
