Received two separate citations for rear-ending another vehicle on the tollway and, as a Michigan resident, was surprised this requires a court appearance. With other offices, it was either hard to understand or it felt like I was getting sold something. With both Brandon's office and Brandon himself, everything was very clear, questions were answered directly and there was never any sales pitch. Additionally, the agreed upon costs were among the best I found. I retained DLG and had occasion to send a few emails before my court date and they were always answered promptly and professionally.
