Worthless consultation

We looked at Ronald for legal help in a custody case. I paid $100 for a consultation. We came prepared to give him the entire background and ask him his opinion in terms of my rights and possible next steps with my children. He did not listen, he was distracted and dismissive...and at one point (with... his door open during the entire meeting) told another person in his waiting room to hang out for a couple more minutes because he wanted to chat with them. We spoke with him for less than 15 mins. To say the least, we will not be hiring him. He said many times that our case is just like thousands before us. To me, every case is involving real people and situations, I found it insulting to not even have him truly understand the specifics of our situation before painting a broad brush. There were many times that we wanted to give him more details and we were not able to because he spoke over us. He finally walked us out of his office saying that he has other people to see and had to get to court. We found him arrogant, distracted and insulting, all within fifteen minutes. He might treat you different if you actually hire him (beyond a consultation), but we will never know that answer.
