About me

Your case is important and unique. Choose an attorney who will partner with you to honestly and fairly guide you through the sometimes complex legal process. Excellent communication, reasonable rates and dedicated representation are my goals.  Law is a second career for me as I come from a background with service as a United States Marine, state and federal investigator and association executive.  I hold a Master of Arts in Political Science as well as a Juris Doctorate.

My approach to the practice of law is to partner with each client to investigate the legal issues at hand, empower the client with knowledge of the law, and advise them on a recommended course of action. Together we then take affirmative steps in the legal action. I strive to keep my clients informed and updated on case developments.  I also have no problem seeking guidance and mentoring from other attorneys and professionals if the need arises.

I offer free consultations and like the old country doctors of yesteryear, I have been known to make house calls!  I will meet you at your home, office, or other convenient place.  My office is conveniently located a block from the Fox Lake Metra station at 42 East Grand Avenue, Suite 101, Fox Lake, Illinois 60020.  My PO Box remains 456, Ingleside, Illinois 60041.  Please visit my informative legal website at

His client focused approached is refreshing. He represents every client with the same level of care and compassion like they were his family.
