Jason graduated from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2004. He holds a Bachelors of Arts in Government from Cornell University, where he concentrated his studies in the law and its effects on public policy, economics, and other disciplines. He is licensed to practice in the State of Illinois as well as the federal courts.
Jason began his career as an Illinois Assistant States Attorney and brings his extensive trial experience to his foreclosure practice, having represented clients in more than 40 Illinois counties and having conducted hundreds of trials across the state.
In his bankruptcy practice, he has handled more than 1,000 cases and specializes in instances where his clients desire to save their homes. Jason, and the Rogers Law Group, specialize in saving homes through in-depth loan modificaiton proceedures, short sales, foreclosure defense, and bankruptcy.
