I hired him. Communication was difficult at best. He worked out a settlement with employer's attorney for monthly payments rather than the lump I was expecting; the payments take forever to get to me. My experience was frustrating, difficult and I should have sought someone else.
I am sorry to read about your dissatisfaction. Even though this was your 15th filed worker's compensation claim, I took a chance on you because I believed your story and thought you were a good guy. It is always tough when employer's fail to carry worker's compensation coverage, like yours. This means the employer, in this case a very small business, has to pay the claim out of pocket. There are no winners when an employer breaks the law like that. I understand your dissatisfaction and am hear to help out in any way possible.
