Steve Darty, Estate planning Attorney
Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
Martin Judnich brought a pleasant closure to a sticky civil suit, which previous lawyers had stalled. As an estate lawyer I do not litigate, now whenever that need arises in my practice, I highly recommend Martin Judnich as a litigation warrior. He has consistently helped clients I have referred to him and every time he has addressed the issues in a timely manner and with impressive results. I highly recommend Martin and his firm.
Gregory Smith, Litigation Attorney
Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter
I can easily endorse Marty. He is a plaintiff’s personal injury lawyer, and I am primarily a defense lawyer. He and I have always managed to get our cases resolved for a fair value. Important, too, is the reasonable and efficient way that he approaches his files. While clients often want a “fighter,” those of us in the profession know that needless fighting merely increases the costs of litigation, which are ultimately paid by the client. If two lawyers can focus only on the important disputes, then cases can be resolved efficiently. This is not to say that parties just agree on everything. Disagreement is the reason for lawsuits. Marty will strongly advocate for his client’s interests (he took us to the Supreme Court once), but he will not waste time and the client’s money fighting about things that are really unimportant in the big picture. Marty is a good lawyer, cares about his clients, and I would not hesitate to refer people to him.
