I'm a U-VISA holder since 2012, I already apply for Adjustment of Status, fingerprints done on January 2017, EAD card received on February 2017, my PD is 12-05-2016. a couple of days later my Adjustment of Status update change from Fee received to...
Unfortunately, there is no way to learn the 'exact' status of a case, nor can you request an expedite.
No 2 cases are the 'same' even if they appear 'similar', especially in the U context. Thus, you can't compare your process to anyone else.
Be patient. If you have a receipt and have registered that number in the case status system, all you can do is wait.See question
I sent my I-751 form in March 2016. I got a one year extension letter for my expired original 2 year green card. So since March is almost coming to an end, am I soon to be out of status? Do I need to request a hearing or another extension? App...
Make an InfoPass appointment. Bring your old card, the extension receipt and your passport ... they should be able to give you 1 more year.
NOTE: If your 751 was requesting a waiver, it can take 2 years, possibly more before they adjudicate it .. .often requiring another in-person interview.See question
I'm a US citizen and I'm married to my husband who is not a US citizen, but a citizen of Spain. I submitted the I-130 with the G325A form asking about my history. I got back a I-797C letter just saying that my petition was received at the Texas Ce...
Is your husband currently in Spain? Is he willing to stay there for the next 9-12 months while the papers are processed by the US Consul in Spain?
Normally extra 'proof' won't help your papers go faster ... as long as you sent in the proper 'minimum proof'.
If he is in the US, you may not have filed all of the proper forms.
I suggest you have a 3-way Skype call with an attorney to make sure you're doing things correctly.See question
My employer is filing Employment Based Greencard on EB2 and I am on F1- OPT good till 12-31-2017 from Nepal. I recently got my TPS and TPS EAD approved which is good till 06-24-2018. 1. If my I-485 Adjustment of Status (AOS) is filed within th...
Doesn't your employer have an immigration lawyer?
If you use the TPS based EAD you will violate your F.
An EB-2 AOS from TPS probably won't work.

My wife's visa and my visa is getting expired on 19 June 2017 and my company is applying my L1B extension on May. My wife is travelling to US on May 23rd and her L2 visa extension will be applied only after she comes to US. My question is 1. C...
Why is your company waiting until May?
Talk to the company lawyer about premium processing now. That way you can send your wife the approval notice and she can get a newer/better L-2 stamp in her passport.
1. Yes, but it doesn't make sense
2.Yes, but they will limit her I-94 to 19 June
3. She needs to get an EAD first ... and there isn't enough time to get that before 19 June.
Get the L-1 processed under premium, get her a new L-2 stamp .. then she can apply for the EAD the minute she gets off the plane.See question
where my initial opt ended on Feb 11, 2017 i am planning to apply for a university and to transfer my sieves to other university, what would be my sieves satuts then after, wheather i will be eligible for the staying in usa illegally
I don't see a "?" question mark, thus I'm not sure what you're asking.
You appear to have a couple of weeks left of your 60 day grace period .. RUN, don't walk, to the university, talk to admissions and the foreign student people as-soon-as-possible.
You might have to go home if they can't get you in an ongoing program.See question
I have a Visa Stamping on my passport which is valid till June 14 2017. I went through a H1B extension(extending beyond the 6 yr period) process again and i got an extension further for 3 years on the basis of my I 140 from June 15th 2017 to June ...
1. That looks like the best plan
3) no, they shouldn't need to do that.
I came to India and had to go for visa stamping. I got 221g admin processing. Can my employer run payroll in USA for me if I work remotely from India. If yes then for how long?
Technically this is not a US immigration law question. But, since I have been asked it more and more, especially for people stuck in India, I'll give it a shot.
I see no problem with working in India ... as long as the appropriate US and Indian income tax laws are followed.
I am unaware of any time limit.See question

It sounds like you are working fora consultancy job shop. You should know that this type of 'employer-employee' relationship is undergoing close scrutiny and possible shut-down in the near future.
Also, you should not be asking these questions on a blog ... talk directly to the company's immigration attorney and NOT a NON-ATTORNEY in HR.
2. multiple locations, multiple LCAs ... talk to the company attorney
3. yes, talk to the company attorney
