Wow... Mark would not be on time and or call. He would not call you back only after many times of calling or weeks. Get to the meeting and would ask if I had to bring anything else or needed anything and he would say no. Then would have some reason why he couldn't move forward. After may times of this I finely gave up. Funny thing is I paid him up front so that was not it... He needs to wok at something else!!

We hired Mark to handle our bankruptcy. Because there was a business involved there were a lot of different variables to consider, including what chapter to file. Mark was very knowledgeable regarding the different options. He explained the steps thoroughly and was patient with our numerous questions.
At the same time our daughter was involved in a court case. Again, Mark was very knowledgeable and helped us through a difficult time.
Mark is a well-rounded lawyer with experience in family law and bankruptcies.

This lawyer rarely returns calls and after three weeks of left messages, you may understand how frustrating this can be when you need information before you can proceed. He has caused considerable delays on multiple occasions and doesn't even offer a lame or good excuse. He is often late to appointments and offers a unkempt appearance when he does show. Late as much by thirty minutes. Sadly he takes a great deal of time to answer questions, usually having to contact you later with the answer even on quite simple ones, I would think. He is always unorganized, requiring you to wait on him to unfold his packed briefcase after he is already late to an appointment. By my view he is over worked or unable to maintain his case load with efficiency. I urge you to consider more reputable and stable attorneys. I believe it says something of a mans character on how they treat you, even a simple handshake should be hearty with a hard look in the eyes.
